Holographic Flash is one of the most versatile flash materials on the market. It is tough, flexible and features a great looking holo effect on its surface. This leads to constant light movement along its length - attracting predators of all kind. It is most often used for tying big Pike streamers, by mixing different colors. The synthetic material doesn't soak water and is therefor easy to cast. A big advantage when it comes to big, bulky flies.
Furthermore Holographic Flash can be used to add highlights to wings and tails. And it's a great material for slim nymph bodies too! Just wrap the flash around the hook shank and secure it with some super glue afterwards.
Our Holographic colors are hot! ICERIO Flashabou is ideal for bigger lures and muskie baits. The holographic finish on this tinsel-like material gives off a subtle baitfish look with more flash and texture.
