User instruction: 1. Move the lever up to loosen the jaw to hold the hook. Then press the lever down to tighten the jaw until the hook is properly clamped.
2. If the jaw opening is too small or large for the hook, please adjust the front opening screw to get the jaw proper open size fitting the hook.
3. Adjust the jam nut to the desired amount of resistance when you perform the rotation.
User instruction:
1、Turn the jam nut clockwise to move down fully and tighten until the tube body cannot move.
2、Turn the rotary screw counterclockw.0ise to loosen the jaw to hold the hook. Then turn clockwise to tighten the jaw until the hook is properly clamped.
3、Turn the jam nut counterclockwise to move up fully (at least 4 full circles) and loosen the tube body, then you can rotate it freely.

1、The locking lever at the six o’clock position is free position. Turn the locking lever to the five or four o'clock position.
2、Put hook in the jaw, then adjust jaw screw to hold the hook stable.
3、Turn the locking lever to the 3 o'clock position to full lock.
4、Adjust two jaw nuts together to get your desired amount of resistance in rotation.
